                             * 7 Day Cancellation Policy on all Reservations   

*  Wedding Blocks, Weekly Rentals, 3+ Night Stays require a $100 deposit per room to                   save the date in Oct - May.      (200.00 deposit required June-Sept.)                              

 *  All above cancellations are subject to a credit card processing fee of $25 per accommodation      as long as reservation is cancelled in the 7 Day Cancellation Period.

 *  No Shows and Last minute cancellations will be charged for the entire reserved stay and              there are no refunds for early departures .                                                                              

 *  We will try to fill ANY RESERVATIONS cancelled within 7 days. If that happens Customer              will not be charged for the last minute cancellation. ( Any deposit will be Forfeited)
